Lockdown - January 2021
On Monday 4th January the Government updated the COVID-19 regulations, and put the entire country into a second lockdown.
Unlike during the Spring 2020 lockdown, this time the regulations are that we may still hold church services as long as operate COVID-secure rules. However, after consulting with church stewards across the circuit, our Superintendent Minister Rev Adam Wells, and our minister Rev Nigel Wright have advised that we cease activities in the building until at least 14 February. Our first service after this date would be 21 February. The Stewards and Minister will meet on 8 February to discuss the situation, and we'll provide an update at that point. We will continue with weekly e-mails to keep everyone in touch, and it would be lovely if you could share any positive stories with us. The Zoom prayer meetings continue on Thursday mornings - perhaps this is a good opportunity to give some extra time to prayer. Please contact the Minister or a Steward for login details.
